Structural MDF Wood Structural Shear Panel "Structural High Best Wood"

Achieves excellent structural strength, high durability, and comfortable living. It is a structural panel that is strong against repeated earthquakes.

The foundation, columns, and horizontal framing materials are integrated using "structural high-best wood," and by utilizing structural plywood to create a rigid floor, the entire structure becomes a single box that can withstand external forces, achieving excellent earthquake and wind resistance. The shear walls, reinforced with high structural best wood, resist horizontal forces through the shear strength of the panel materials. The panel method allows the entire wall surface to absorb seismic and wind pressures, distributing them evenly and alleviating the concentration of forces at the joints of the framework. Additionally, it is also optimal as a substrate material for ventilation methods. The ventilation method establishes an appropriate air layer between the exterior materials, allowing moisture generated by internal condensation within the walls to be quickly expelled outdoors. Structural high-best wood has lower vapor resistance compared to other panel materials, facilitating the smooth discharge of moisture from within the walls and enhancing the durability of the housing. Furthermore, to maintain performance over a long period, it is crucial to implement measures against internal condensation in the walls to prevent the decay of columns and wood. Structural high-best wood is a material with low vapor resistance that easily expels moisture outdoors. Structural high-best wood is a high-water-resistant, high-durability MDF specifically manufactured for structural purposes, unlike general-purpose furniture or woodworking MDF.

"Decore Composite Panel" is an aluminum resin composite panel with the surface material being "Bandoksaru Decore," manufactured by Almecco (Italy). Nagata Tsusho acts as the exclusive distributor for Almecco in Japan. By applying electrolytic polishing and anodizing treatment to the aluminum surface, a mirror finish is created. High-strength, high-water-resistant MDF "Structural Starwood"

The surface-emitting panel with a maximum thickness of only 7.7mm【LED Light Sheet (L8)】.

This is an LED light sheet with an L-angle type heat dissipation frame made of a 1mm thick L-shaped aluminum heat sink.

The L-shaped aluminum heat sink is grounded to the back of the light guide plate to absorb the heat dissipation from the LED chip. The light guide plate section is only 6mm thick, consisting of a 5mm light guide plate, a reflective sheet, and a backing plate, making it thinner and more flexible than any LED panel. The chip insertion area is also very thin, with a thickness of just 7.7mm, making it an extremely thin surface light source. One of the features of the L-angle heat sink frame is that it does not encroach on the front of the light guide plate, allowing the entire light guide plate to be utilized for illumination (unlike the standard LS8/LS10-LDP types, which have a 5mm encroachment). Furthermore, maintenance of the L-angle heat sink frame is very simple, making it easy to address any issues.
